IBM is the first vendor which offers Utility Computing in the name of On Demand Business. Sun is the next one that clearly offered $1/cpu-hr or $1/GB-mo. This month, HP has jumped to Utility Computing with offerring to test 20 CPUs for 48 hours.
Who is the next?
